The church in Australia seems not to be fulfilling Jesus’ mission of making disciples, teaching the obey his teachings, and being salt and light in the community.
Overall, we are not making converts to keep up with the population rate (though a few churches are). We don’t seem to be making a difference in our culture (again, a few churches are).
We need to think again, pray a lot, and do something different.
I seem to get into discussions about some of these things, and sometimes I want to be able to offer more ideas than are possible in a short conversation.
So this website offers a few observations plus the results of some serious investigation, half a lifetime of experience and a lot of thought.
